Pre-owned vintage 1988 Hermès Noir Box Kelly Sellier 32 bag featuring a smooth and structured black Box Calf leather body, gold-plated hardware, tonal stitching, bottom metal feet at base, and signature padlock and toggle closure. Embossed logo at toggle and golden logo stamp above turn closure. Flap opens to leather interior with 2 large slip pockets and 1 large zip pocket. Leather top handle.

Originally named the Sac à dépêches bag in the 1930's, Hermès renamed the bag after Grace Kelly who used the bag to cover her pregnant belly from the paparazzi. This Kelly model is crafted from Box Calf leather, the house's oldest and arguably most iconic leather that is still in production today. Box Calf leather features a light shine and 'crackled' grain.
